The F.A.B. Technique - Feel, Allow, Breathe.

When you notice yourself becoming emotionally triggered, do this:
Step One - Feel it in your body...not your mind. ‘Take it to the Body’.
Step Two - Allow yourself permission to feel it. Your feelings are valid. Feel them.
Step Three - Breathe... just breathe. Holding your breath locks in triggers even deeper.
